This boat are designed in accordance with 1996 amendments to SOLAS 1974 and LSA code amendment by MSC218(82) and MSC81(70) amendment by MSC226(82) and MSC. 272(85).

Hull:
The hull of the boat will be composed of outer hull and its liner, both are of GRP.
The space between them will be filled with polyurethane foam. The surface where man might walk will be anti-skid.

The rigid GRP canopy will be provided with large openings on both sides, which are protected by foldable cover and easy to open and close.
A rain water collector will be provided on the upper part of the boat.

Totally enclosed lifeboat/rescue boat is launched by gravity luffing arm type davit platform davit, protect the safety of passenger who stay in platform or ship. It is safe and reliable, easy to operate and repair. The design and the manufacturing are complied with the newest standards and rules of SOLAS and the LSA Code.
